Hello! My name is Meg Joyce and I am excited to be offering Massage and Yoga in Harmony, PA! I will be offering Customized Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Thai Yoga. More than likely all of these services are familiar to you with the exception of Thai Yoga, so here's a little description! Thai Yoga is a service done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is the combination of the compression strokes used in massage and the stretching aspect of yoga. Some even call it "lazy man's yoga" and everyone feels taller and looser after a session. Marilee Joyce (my Mom 🙂) will be offering Yoga classes. If interested in yoga, please check the Yoga booking site.
